1. Pickup & Drop-off Service Test and Diagnosis – $65

  • We’ll collect your PC from your home or office and return it once the work is complete.

  • Coverage: Entire Lower Hunter region (Cessnock, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Newcastle, Port Stephens and many more!)

  • Hours: Mon–Fri 8am–6pm | Sat 9am–12pm (Closed Sunday).

  • If you decide not to proceed with repairs, this is the base fee and we don't charge a cent more.

2. ONE SITE Diagnostics & Repair

On-Site Tech Support – $120 - $150 (First Hour MAX if we have to stay)

  • Solved in an hour? No further charges—we’re done!

  • Need more time? We’ll provide a clear estimate before continuing.

    • On-site extension: $80 per hour after the first hour.

    • Complex issue? We’ll take your PC back for a 24-hour hardware diagnosis at no extra cost—saving you money on lengthy on-site work.

What is a Test and Diagnose?

Here’s the full tech treatment your PC will get:

  1. RAM Check: Ensure your memory’s up to speed.

  2. HDD Inspection: Check your storage health.

  3. PSU Stability: Make sure your power supply is rock solid.

  4. Thermal Performance: Keep your PC cool and composed under pressure.

  5. GPU and CPU Stability: Ensure your graphics and processor are up for any challenge.

  6. Software and Operating system health check: We make sure drivers, bios and operating systems are running correctly and happily.

  7. Connectivity: USB, bluetooth, wifi - if it talks to your PC, we make sure the PC can hear it.

We aim to provide peace of mind, so you know exactly what’s going on with your beloved machine. And hey, if any stage of this process sounds too “technical,” feel free to ask our techs to explain it in plain English.


Comprehensive Service:
If further diagnosis is needed, the technician will arrange for your PC to be picked up and returned to our base. There, we’ll conduct a thorough 24-hour hardware diagnosis and performance evaluation.
