1. Pickup & Drop-off Service Test and Diagnosis – From $65

We’ll collect your PC from your home or office and return it once the work is complete.

Coverage: Entire Lower Hunter region (Cessnock, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Newcastle, Port Stephens and many more!)

Hours: Mon–Fri 8am–6pm | Sat 9am–12pm (Closed Sunday).

If you decide not to proceed with repairs, this is the base fee and we don't charge a cent more.

2. On-Site Diagnostics & Repair Diagnostics & Repair
On-Site Tech Support – $120–$150 (First Hour MAX if we have to stay)

Solved in an hour? No further charges—we’re done!

Need more time? We’ll provide a clear estimate before continuing.

On-site extension: $80 per additional hour.

Complex issue? We’ll take your PC back for a 24-hour hardware diagnosis at no extra cost—saving you money on lengthy on-site work.

Comprehensive Service:If deeper testing is required, we’ll arrange to collect your PC and bring it back to our base. There, we’ll perform a detailed 24-hour hardware diagnosis and performance evaluation—ensuring every part of your system is properly checked.
