1. Pickup & Drop-off Service Test and Diagnosis – From $65

We’ll collect your PC from your home or office and return it once the work is complete.
Coverage: Entire Lower Hunter region (Cessnock, Lake Macquarie, Maitland, Newcastle, Port Stephens and many more!)
Hours: Mon–Fri 8am–6pm | Sat 9am–12pm (Closed Sunday).
If you decide not to proceed with repairs, this is the base fee and we don't charge a cent more.

2. On-Site Diagnostics & Repair Diagnostics & Repair

On-Site Tech Support – $120–$150 (First Hour MAX if we have to stay)

Solved in an hour? No further charges—we’re done!
Need more time? We’ll provide a clear estimate before continuing.
- On-site extension: $80 per additional hour.
- Complex issue? We’ll take your PC back for a 24-hour hardware diagnosis at no extra cost—saving you money on lengthy on-site work.

What is a Test and Diagnose?

Here’s the full check-up your PC will get:

RAM Check – Making sure your memory is running at full speed.
HDD/SSD Inspection – Checking the health of your storage.
PSU Stability – Ensuring your power supply is solid and reliable.
Thermal Performance – Making sure your PC stays cool under pressure.
GPU & CPU Stability – Confirming your graphics card and processor can handle the load.
Software & Operating System Health – Verifying drivers, BIOS, and your operating system are all running smoothly.
Connectivity – USB, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi—if it connects to your PC, we make sure it’s working properly.

We aim to give you complete peace of mind, so you know exactly what’s happening with your machine. And if any of this sounds too “techy,” just ask—our technicians are happy to explain everything in plain English.

Comprehensive Service:If deeper testing is required, we’ll arrange to collect your PC and bring it back to our base. There, we’ll perform a detailed 24-hour hardware diagnosis and performance evaluation—ensuring every part of your system is properly checked.
